Founder & CEO
Mudit Jain
Chartered Accountant and graduate of Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, with over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting. He began his career with Deloitte (2009–2013), where he developed strong technical expertise and a client-first mindset.
In 2014, Mudit founded Prosperlytics Consultants, initially serving domestic clients in India. By 2015, he strategically shifted the firm’s focus to international markets, specializing in e-commerce bookkeeping, financial analysis, and compliance.
Recognized for his decisive leadership and commitment to client success, Mudit has built Prosperlytics into a trusted partner for businesses worldwide. He is deeply committed to honesty, transparency, and innovation — constantly researching new trends, adding value-added services, and implementing improvements to ensure clients receive exceptional support. His motto is to be different and stay different, a philosophy reflected in the firm’s service delivery.
Mudit is also a firm believer in clear and prompt communication, leading by example with a 24-hour maximum response policy for client interactions.
Outside of work, Mudit is passionate about travel and food. He and his wife enjoy exploring new cuisines and often cook together during long vacations. Their 7-year-old son keeps them entertained and adds joy to their journeys.

Danish Garg
Danish Garg graduated from Punjabi University in 2012 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2013. Following his CA qualification, he further enhanced his expertise by completing a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA).
Danish began his professional journey with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, where he gained extensive experience in statutory audits, direct and indirect taxation, and financial consulting. He was also actively involved in arranging bank finance for large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects, providing strategic support across various stages of project financing.
Chirag Singla
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in assurance, advisory, and global tax compliances, he started his career at Ernst & Young in 2016, working in the Assurance practice for the TMT sector. Over 5 years, he worked on listed entity audits and advisory projects before co-founding Prosperlytics Consultants as a Partner.
Today, he focuses on empowering e-commerce entrepreneurs with financial clarity, strategic insights, and support in areas like US sales tax, Canada GST, and UK VAT. Outside work, he enjoys life with his Chartered Accountant wife and their 2-year-old daughter, and often relaxes by experimenting in the kitchen, with cooking being his favorite hobby.
Sahil Aggarwal
Sahil Aggarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India, 2018) and a graduate of Punjab University. He began his career with Ernst & Young (EY) in Gurugram, where he gained valuable experience in the Audit division. Since 2020, he has been serving as a Managing Partner at Prosperlytics,
Playing a key role in fostering long-term client relationships and delivering value-driven financial solutions. With over seven years of professional experience, Sahil specializes in audit, accounting, indirect taxation, and strategic advisory for businesses across diverse industries. He is also well-versed in UK and EU VAT legislations, providing clients with valuable guidance on cross-border tax compliance and advisory matters.
Aman Mittal
Aman Mittal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Panjab University. With over 7 years of experience, he has been serving as the Managing Partner at Prosperlytics Consultants, where he leads client engagements and drives strategic growth initiatives.
His expertise spans accounting, taxation, and business advisory, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions to diverse clients.
Ankit Jain
Ankit Jain is a commerce graduate from the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. He began his career as an Article Assistant at SC Vasudeva & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ludhiana, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting and auditing. He then worked as an Accounts Executive at Sapphire Info Solutions (P) Ltd. for six months, followed by 2.5 years of experience with an Australian CPA firm, specializing in bookkeeping and tax return preparation.
Currently, Ankit serves as a Managing Partner at Prosperlytics, where he focuses on bookkeeping, preparing investor-ready financial statements, conducting profitability analysis, and handling U.S. sales tax returns. His diverse experience across domestic and international markets has equipped him with deep expertise in financial management and compliance.
Sahil Sehgal
Sahil Sehgal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a solid academic background, having graduated from Punjab University, Chandigarh in 2014. He earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2017 and began his professional journey with Prosperlytics in 2018 as a Team Leader. His strong leadership, analytical acumen, and dedication to excellence led to his promotion as Managing Partner in 2020. In this role, he plays a key part in driving strategic growth and overseeing the firm’s core operations.
Sahil brings extensive experience in bookkeeping and financial analysis, with a focus on clients in the eCommerce and rental property sectors. He has developed deep expertise in sales tax compliance, including Canada’s GST/HST and the UK’s VAT frameworks, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence.
Rahul Gupta
Rahul Gupta is the Managing Partner at Prosperlytics Consultant and a Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience in international accounting, compliance, and financial advisory. He specializes in supporting eCommerce and cross-border businesses with end-to-end bookkeeping, management reporting, and CFO services.
Rahul has deep expertise in navigating complex global tax frameworks, including US Sales Tax, EU & UK VAT, and Canada GST/HST. His core strengths lie in inventory management, COGS analysis, SKU-level profitability reporting, and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), enabling businesses to achieve financial clarity and operational efficiency.
At Prosperlytics Consultant, Rahul leads CFO service initiatives and builds customized financial dashboards tailored for fast-scaling brands. With a client-centric approach, he ensures compliance across jurisdictions while delivering actionable insights that drive long-term growth and profitability.
Ruchika Singla
A qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in indirect taxation, she began her career at PwC in 2017, specializing in GST compliance and advisory services. After 5 years of working on diverse engagements, she joined Prosperlytics Consultants as a Partner, focusing on supporting e-commerce entrepreneurs with tax and compliance needs across multiple geographies. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys working alongside her husband at Prosperlytics while raising their energetic 2-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and has a passion for travel and exploring new cuisines.
Mitika Sehgal
Mitika is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background, having graduated from Delhi University, Delhi in 2015. She earned her CA designation in 2017 and began her career with the State Bank of India in 2018 as an Internal Auditor. Notably, she was among the youngest Chartered Accountants selected for the role, standing out from a highly competitive pool of applicants. She served with the bank until 2020.
In 2021, Mitika joined Prosperlytics as a Team Leader. She has gained extensive experience in managing reimbursements, bookkeeping, financial analysis, profitability reviews, and US sales tax for e-commerce clients. In this role, she continues to contribute to the firm’s growth while delivering consistent value to clients.
