They started out in new instance of QBO and built everything grounds up. They also reviewed 2018 and identified issues there, Not only did they deliver on time, they fixed all issues. Communication throughout the process was great and i have much better idea of my financials instead of flying blind. Really glad this is working out and i highly recommend them.
